Before You Buy

Chickens are social animals and should never be kept alone. We recommend keeping a minimum of three hens, allowing them to establish a natural social group and reducing stress.

Your hens should have:

  • Secure, predator-proof housing

  • Constant access to fresh water

  • A quality layers' feed

  • Space to scratch, dust bathe and forage

With good care, your new hens will reward you with years of fresh eggs and endless entertainment.

💚 Need advice?
