We use zero chemicals or drugs at our farm, so you can rest assured these Turkeys are as pure as can be whilst being lovingly cared for each and every day of their lives. The pasture / woodland raised system and weekly rotations to fresh ground really offers an abundance of unique foraging opportunities which helps develop that unique traditional flavour.
These turkeys are slow grown and much longer lived than commercially reared turkeys and spend all day foraging and exercising. That’s what gives Oakstream Turkeys their unique deep flavour and a firm, succulent texture.
